This fruit, however, comes with a lot of health benefits. First of all, it contains Vitamin C which can give a huge boost to your immunity. In fact, the amount of Vitamin C in guava is four times of the amount that Oranges have.

It is also known to lower the risk of cancer due to the presence of lycopene, quercetin and other polyphenols present in them.
