Why you should eat corn before Work out sessions

In one form or the other, we all love eating corn. While it’s the taste that usually attracts us to corn there are some health benefits that comes along with it.

Corn is known for reducing the risk of anemia. It has Vitamin B12 and folic acid which boosts the production of red blood cells in our body. It is also an energy enhancer. The complex carbohydrate content in the corn is digested slowly and this, in turn, gives you long-term energy which is apt for work out sessions.
