Why you should not crash diet

When some big occasion is just around the corner, we rely on crash diets to get ourselves in shape. Though the crash diet comes with the promise of quick weight loss, there are some major side effects associated with the process.

Crash diet is basically an unbalanced diet and it can cause problems with your hair and skin. Both needs quality nutrition for its health and the crash diet fails to give this. It could lead to dried out skin and hair fall, which might be irreversible as well to an extent. Another problem is lack of sleep. A sudden change in your diet could give you sleepless nights as well.
