A reason to eat whey protein for breakfast

A new study conducted at the Newcastle University in London has found that having whey protein for breakfast can eliminate unnecessary cravings throughout the day.

Whey, which is a naturally occurring protein in milk and cheese, is usually consumed as a protein supplement which can be added to breakfast. It is known for boosting energy and promoting muscle growth and according to the study; it also prevents you from overeating.

Keeping blood sugar levels down throughout the day is another benefit of having whey for breakfast.
