Why it is not recommended to add milk to tea

Adding milk to tea might be someone’s perfect idea of making a morning drink. But do you know that it’s not recommended to add milk to tea?

Even though adding milk to tea does not have severe reactions, milk does make the tea acidic in nature. The biggest attraction of tea is the presence of anti-oxidants that it has.  However, the addition of milk reduces the impact of these anti-oxidants and could lead to acidity. Sugar also has a similar impact on tea.

A recent study also noted that adding milk to tea can eliminate the ability of tea to tackle heart diseases.
