Why you should not eat yogurt for breakfast

Starting your day with the right breakfast is always important. And every day, we have a variety of items to choose from. This long menu often leaves us in confusion and on certain days, we end up eating the wrong food.

Sweetened Yogurt is a food item that falls on the list. These are usually loaded with sugar and other artificial ingredients. Eating it for breakfast triggers weight gain and also, it promotes the release of mucus which is something that you want to keep away from your body.
