How tuna is connected with memory loss

Tuna is a healthy food, period. The amount of proteins that it carries makes it good for your body. But there’s a catch, this works only if tuna is consumed in moderate quantity.

In fact, eating too much tuna is bad for your health. To precisely point out, this leads to slowing down of our brain functions.

The presence of mercury in tuna is what causes this problem. Mercury is known for causing dysfunction of the brain. An alternative is to eat Salmon instead as it does not come with this side effect.
