Why you should not drink water after eating peanuts

Eating peanuts is good unless you are allergic to it. But at the same time, there’s a catch. If you eat peanuts, it’s recommended not to drink water right after it. Peanuts have a tendency to trigger excessive thirst as they are dry in nature. This automatically urges us to drink some water.

But drinking water after peanuts may lead to deposition of fat in the food pipe. This is not only applicable to peanuts, but is common for all food items that have high oil content in them. The deposition can then lead to irritation and cough. Gastric issues in kids is another common problem.
