A new study suggests that the intake of Vitamin D could be linked to lowering cancer risk. The research was conducted by a team of International researchers in Japan and they concluded that Vitamin D has the ability to shield against some types of cancer with Liver cancer being the most prominent one.
The study was conducted with the help of more than 33,000 participants. This number includes Women and men aged between 40 and 69.
Vitamin D is rich in food items like Tuna, Salmon, Beef Liver, cheese, egg yolks and soy milk among many others.
