Study suggests these two solutions to save the junk food generation

A new research has found the solutions to save the junk food generation. According to the researchers, having cookery classes in school could reduce the chances of students relying on unhealthy junk foods.

The study found that most of the young children could not even differentiate between common vegetables. In addition to that, providing free and healthy breakfast and lunch in schools was put forward as another solution since the children will not have space for junk food if they load up on the healthy alternatives that the school provides.

Such a move apparently can also reduce the chances of obesity among the new generation.
