Detox in the summer: Eat these fruits


Keeping your system clean during the summer is easier said than done. With the temperature on the rise, it’s easy to get all sweaty and unhealthy. You can always take a bath and clean your body from the outside, but to clean it from the inside; you need to eat the right food.

Certain fruits can do the trick for you and we are listing them below:

  • Watermelon: Eating watermelon during summer is a no-brainer decision. More than 90 per cent of Watermelon is water and it also has the ability to prevent toxic build up in the body.
  • Lemons: Lemons are naturally diuretic and reduce inflammation and water retention. It is anti-bacterial as well and thus lemon water helps detox your body.
  • Raspberries: The Ketones present in raspberries help to detox your body and avoids unwanted weight gain. It also has vitamin C and B which is good for your skin.
