It might sound absurd, but it is recommended not to drink water after eating cucumber.
Around 95 per cent of cucumber consists of water and it is one of the best food items for the summer as well. It gets you hydrated and the vitamins present in the food item boosts your body functions as well.
But if you drink water after consuming cucumbers, it could have a reverse impact. The water you drink will dilute all the nutrients like Vitamin K, copper, magnesium, and Vitamin C which you will get when you eat it. So you won’t be getting any benefits of the food item apart from the hydration part which you will cover with the water anyways.
