Lost your appetite for the same old boring food? New research shows that different ways that you eat your food can increase not only your craving but also will make you mindful of what you’re eating.
The research team pulled together a group of people and made them eat popcorn with a chopstick. After the activity was done, people agreed that they enjoyed eating more than they usually would.
So try eating in different ways and see if it works too. Eat a pizza upside down, drink soup with a straw or eat a burger with a knife and fork. I bet it will not only be fun but you will enjoy each bite. Plus be aware of the people around you, you don’t want people to know that you are actually crazy!
