  3. Avoid fast food as much as you can. Instead, try homemade versions.
  4. Make sure to order bun-less burgers and sandwiches.
  5. Avoid sugary beverages.
  6. Avoid carbs while building a salad. Bread, grains, and carb-filled dressing are a no.
