Healthy Eats: Does nutritious food need to be expensive?

While one side of the world is fighting poverty, the other is fighting obesity. Being healthy is the new trend. That just doesn’t include looking slim. In spite of being slim, you still may be unhealthy.

Eating nutritious foods is often combined with the notion that healthy foods are expensive. Well, I’m here to tell you that the notion is partially wrong. Though many food items like meats, dairy and fish are pricey, it’s not the only option for healthy food you have.


“Superfoods” labels for organic vegetables just spike up the cost. Instead, buy the given list of food. They are cheap to get.
