Here’s what Kim Kardashian eats in a day

Kim Kardashian is a celebrity that most of the people look up to when it comes to beauty standards. She has a cult following around the world and unsurprisingly, her diet contributes to this overall look.


During a recent interview, the daily diet routine of Kardashian was revealed. Surprisingly, it looks quite normal. Here’s what she eats in a day.

  • Breakfast: Blueberry oatmeal pancakes
  • Lunch: Chicken, sweet potato and vegetables
  • Dinner: Fish and vegetables
  • Drink: Four and a half litres a day

Along with this diet, she also trains six times a week and starts her workout at 6 in the morning. She goes on to train for an hour and a half. She does the following workout routines.

  • Hex head lift squats using a barbell weight bar
  • Weighted power sleds
  • Romanian deadlifts
  • Seated leg presses
  • Glute kickbacks on a weighted leg curl machine
