While one’s weight gain and weight loss depend a lot on the body type, there are some common food items that make the majority of the population fat.
This list was compiled through three separate studies conducted across 120,000 participants. And it was also revealed that over-consumption of the following food items is linked to quick weight gain.

- Unprocessed red meats
- Processed meats
