Exercise-induced muscle pain: This food can help you

While working out, muscle pain is a natural phenomenon. But at the same time, it is important that our body recovers fast from this pain so that we can grind it out the next day as well.

One such food item that can help you in this process is ginger. Various studies have shown that consuming ginger on a daily basis can reduce 25% of the exercise-induced body pain. Ginger can either be consumed raw or in a heated manner.

The latter category is easier to incorporate in your diet as you can add ginger to your daily cooking process.

Raw ginger juice is also effective. Earlier, it was believed that the heating process enhances the pain relieving properties of ginger but a recent study has found that both raw and heated ginger have the same properties when it comes to relieving pain.
