Keto Diet: Which alcoholic drinks you can drink?

Keto Diet is one of the latest trends out there when it comes to weight loss.

The low-carb, high-fat diet has many benefits but at the same time, when you are on it, you should keep a control on a lot of things.

Drinking alcohol is one of them. There are certain drinks that are keto friendly and there are certain drinks which aren’t. We will be looking into the former category today.

Rum, Vodka, Gin, Tequila, Whiskey, Red Wine, White Wine and Light Beer are alcoholic drinks you can drink. Most of them contains no carbs and mixing them with seltzer, sugar-free tonic water, diet soda, or crystal light drink mix is recommended.

But then again, excess consumption of alcohol can adversely impact your dieting program.
