Keto Diet: Which alcoholic drinks you should not drink?

Keto Diet is one of the latest trends out there when it comes to weight loss. The low-carb, high-fat diet has many benefits but at the same time, when you are on it, you should keep a control on a lot of things.


Drinking alcohol is one of them. There are certain drinks that are keto friendly and there are certain drinks which aren’t. We will be looking into the latter category today.

Regular beer, cocktails and mixed drinks are often high in carbs, loading 10–32 grams per serving. These are best avoided.

The list includes Margarita, Bloody Mary, Whiskey Sour, Sangria, Pina Colada, and Cosmopolitan.
