Decaf Coffee has been gaining popularity lately. It has been replacing regular coffee in most places and there is a reason for this.
One of the major drawbacks of regular coffee is the content of caffeine in it. Too much coffee has been associated with conditions such as acidity, stomach ulcers, mental illness among others. These issues have paved way for Decaf Coffee as mentioned earlier.
Compared to the regular coffee, this coffee has most of its caffeine quantity removed. So while it negates the actual purpose of coffee, it can be used as a good way to reduce the intake of caffeine.
But then again, the switch entirely depends on personal choice as there are still studies going on about the good and bad impacts of coffee on the human body.
