While all these are the positives of soy milk, it lacks calcium and many vitamins which are present in regular cow milk.

So, if you following a vegan diet then soy milk is one of the best dairy drink options. If you are not on a vegan diet, then it is good to have a glass of regular milk once or twice a week. You can drink soy milk for the rest of the days.
