As you probably know by now, fibre is an important part of your diet and for your body. The higher intake of fibre is linked with lower rates of heart disease, high blood pressure, hypertension, digestive issues among many others.

It can also help to control the spike of blood sugar levels in your body and reduces the risks of stroke and colorectal cancer as well.
