Iron is hands down one of the most important nutrients required for the growth and functioning of our body. However, due to one reason or the other, the people who have the condition of Iron Deficiency are on the rise.

This results in conditions like anaemia which is currently found in around 33% of non-pregnant women, 40% of pregnant women and 42% of children across the world. The symptoms of the condition include fatigue, rapid heartbeat, insomnia, leg cramps and pale skin among others.
