Broccoli is considered to be a healthy food when Steak sometimes has a bad reputation for contributing to fat gain. While this is true to an extent, there is another layer to the whole situation: the protein content in both foods.
Although the general assumption is that Steak has more protein compared to Broccoli, in reality, it’s a different story. Calorie to Calorie, Broccoli has more protein content than Steak. Additionally, the absence of saturated or trans fats in Broccoli makes it a much better choice than steak. This can reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases as well.
If you are not a big fan of Broccoli, you can also try pumpkin seeds which also have a similar amount of protein when compared to steak.
